Thoda thoda karke garam doodh ko ande ka mixture mein daalte rahein aur lagatar whisk karte rahein, taaki ande phat na jaayein. Fir iss mishran ko dobara saucepan mein daal dein aur low heat par wooden spoon se lagatar chalate rahein jab tak woh gadha na ho jaaye aur spoon pe chipakne lage. Gas se utaar lein aur ek fine-mesh sieve se strain karein. Iss mishran mein aadha chammach vanilla extract daal dein aur thanda hone dein.

Dono prakaar ke custard ko alag alag tarah se swad badla ja sakta hai. Vanilla custard ke liye, mishran mein vanilla extract daal dein. Chocolate custard ke liye, cocoa powder ya melted chocolate daal dein. Phal wala custard ke liye, phal ya phal ka juice daal dein. Ismein aapki pasand ke anusaar khushboo daal sakte hain.

Custard ko akele serve kiya ja sakta hai ya dusre desserts ke base ke roop mein bhi istemaal kiya ja sakta hai. Iss mishran ko cake ya pie par daal kar serve kiya ja sakta hai,ya phir fruits ke saath bhi khaya ja sakta hai. Custard ko thanda hone ke baad fridge mein rakh kar store kiya ja sakta hai, jisse woh thode din tak fresh bane rahe.

Custard ko banane mein sabse zaroori cheez hai uska consistency. Agar woh bahut patla ho jaaye toh woh pudding jaisa ho jaata hai aur agar bahut gadha ho jaaye toh woh flan jaisa ho jaata hai. Isliye, custard ko banane se pehle, ande aur doodh ko achhe se whisk karke, cheeni aur anya masale ko bhi dhyaan se milana zaroori hai.

Custard ek bahut hi swadisht dessert hai, jo sabhi log pasand karte hain. Iske alag alag tarah se banane ka tarika hai aur issmein alag alag flavours ko bhi shamil kiya jaa sakta hai.
