Kadam 1: Lauki ko achche se dho lein aur chhilkar chhote chhote tukde kar lein aur beej nikal lein.

Kadam 2: Adrak ko chhilkar chhote chhote tukde kar lein.

Kadam 3: Lauki aur adrak ke tukde ko mixer ya juicer mein daal dein. Ise smooth banane ke liye blend karein.

Kadam 4: Juice ko ek strainer ya cheesecloth se chhan lein. Chamach se pulp dabakar jitna juice nikal sakein, nikal lein.

Kadam 5: Juice mein nimbu ka ras, shahad, kala namak aur bhuna jeera powder daal dein aur achche se mila lein.

Kadam 6: Juice ke consistency ko adjust karne ke liye pani daalein. Aapko apne juice ko kitna mota ya patla banana hai uske anusaar jyada ya kam pani daal sakte hain.

Kadam 7: Juice thanda karke ya kamre ke tapman par piye.

Tips:

  • Aap juice ke swaad ko badhane ke liye pudina ya dhaniya ka paudha bhi daal sakte hain.
  • Swaad ke liye aap juice mein ek chutki kaali mirch powder bhi daal sakte hain.
  • Agar aapke paas juicer na ho to aap blender ka bhi istemaal kar sakte hain. Bas dhyaan rahein ki juice ko achche se chhan lein.
  • Aap juice ko 24 ghante tak refrigerator mein store kar sakte hain.
