Gulkand kaise banaya jata hai in hindi

Saman:

  • Taza gulab ke patte, lagbhag 2 cup
  • Cheeni, lagbhag 1.5 cup

  • Elaichi powder, lagbhag 1 tsp
  • Khane ke rang, asvashyak
  • Glass jar jo hava tight lid se band ho sake

Vidhi:

  • Sabse pehle aapko gulab ke patte saaf karna hai. Inhe thande paani se dho kar kisi bhi dhool ya mal ko hata den. Fir inhe ek kagaz ya saaf kapde se sukha len.
  • Glass jar ko pakad kar usme gulab ke patton ko ek layer ki tarah rakhen aur upar se cheeni daal den. Is prakriya ko tab tak dohrate rahe jab tak saare patte jar mein na samapt ho jayein.
  • Jab saare patte jar mein ho jayein, elaichi powder aur kuch boond khane ke rang (agar istemal kar rahe hain) daal kar acche se mila len, taaki patton ko cheeni aur masalon se acchi tarah cover kar sakein.
  • Jar ko hava tight lid se band karke garm jagah par rakhen, jaise ki suraj ki roshni wale khidki ke pass, 3-4 dinon tak. Iss samay mein cheeni aur gulab ke patton se nikalne wala ras mix ho jayega, jisse ek ghana syrup taiyaar ho jayega.
  • 3-4 dinon baad, jar ko kholen aur mixture ko acche se hilayen. Aapko lag sakta hai ki syrup gada ho gaya hai aur patte shrink ho gaye hain. Agar zarurat ho toh aur cheeni daal kar acche se mila len.
  • Jar ko hava tight lid se band karke phir se garm jagah par rakhen aur 3-4 din tak aisa hi dohrate rahein. Is prakriya ko jab tak syrup gada na ho jaye aur patte iss mein bilkul bheeg na jayein.
  • Jab Gulkand taiyaar ho jaye, use hava tight container mein rakhkar fridge mein store kar len. Aap ise doodh, dahi ya kisi bhi dish mein mitha karne ke liye istemal kar sakte hain. Ise mithai ya snack ke roop mein khana bhi pasand kar sakte hain.

Sujhaav aur Tips:

  • Gulkand banane ke liye taza, organic gulab ka istemal karein. Pesticides ya anya chemicals se bhare hue gulab se bachna chahiye.
  • Aap kisi bhi color ke gulab ke patte ka istemal kar sakte hain, lekin pink patton ka istemal karne se Gulkand ka rang aur bhi sundar ho jata hai.
  • Cheeni ki matra ko apne swad ke anusaar badha ya kam kar sakte hain. Agar aap diabetic hai toh aap isme shakkar ki jagah mishri ka istemal kar sakte hain.
  • Gulkand ko sambhal kar rakhne ke liye hamesha hava tight container mein store karein aur fridge mein rakhein. Isse ye bahut samay tak fresh aur taza rehta hai.
