Step 2: Dough ko bhaagein

Dough ko barabar bhaagon mein baant lein. Dough ke bhaag ka size roti ke size par nirbhar karega.

Step 3: Roti ko roll karein

Ek dough bhaag le kar usse gol shape mein roll karein. Dough ko gol shape mein roll karne se pehle usse thoda flatten kar dein aur bajra aata se dust karein. Roti ko ek rolling board par rakh kar rolling pin ki madad se gol shape mein roll karein. Roti ka motaapan lagbhag 1/4 inch hona chahiye.

Step 4: Roti ko pakayein

Ek tawa ya griddle medium-high heat par garam karein. Jab tawa garam ho jaaye, roti ko uspar rakhein. Roti ko ek-do minute tak pakayein jab tak uss par chote-chote bubbles na dikhai de.
