Ingredients:

  • 500 gram kaddu (pumpkin)

  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder

  • Namak swad anusar
  • 2 tbsp tel

  • Taze dhaniya ke patte (finely chopped)

Instructions:

  • Sabse pehle, kaddu ko chhil kar beej nikal dein. Use chote-chote tukdon me kaat lein aur alag rakh dein.
  • Ek pan me tel garam karein aur usme jeera dalein. Use kuch seconds ke liye tadke den.

  • Usme finely chopped pyaz dalein aur use golden brown hone tak saute karein.
  • Usme adrak paste aur lehsun paste dalein aur ek minute tak saute karein.
  • Usme chopped tamatar dalein aur use naram aur mushy hone tak pakayein.
  • Usme dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak dalein aur acchi tarah mix karein.
  • Usme kaddu ke tukde dalein aur masale ke sath acche se mila lein. Pan ko dhak kar use low flame par 15-20 minute tak pakayein. Kuch der me kuch der me usko hilaate rahein ki wo pan me chipakne na lage.

Tips:
