  • 1 tsp lehsun paste
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1 tsp laal mirch powder
  • Namak swad anusar
  • Tel talne ke liye

Step 1: Dough taiyaar karna

Ek mixing bowl mein 2 cup gehun ka atta lein aur usmein pani milaye, jab tak ki naram dough bana lein. Lagbhag 5-7 minute tak dough ko achhi tarah se knead karein, jab tak wo smooth aur soft na ho jaye. Ek gila kapda lekar dough ko dhak dein aur 15-20 minute ke liye rest karne dein.

Step 2: Filling taiyaar karna

Gobhi ka tukda dho kar saaf karein aur grate kar lein. Gobhi mein se adhik pani nikal dein. Gas par ek kadhai garam karein aur usmein 1 tablespoon tel dalein. Tel garam hone dein aur usmein 1 tsp jeera dalein. Jeera splutter hone dein aur usmein 1 tsp adrak paste aur 1 tsp lehsun paste dalein aur ek minute tak saute karein. Ab grated gobhi dalein aur acche se milayein. Usmein 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp laal mirch powder aur namak swad anusar dalein. Sab kuchh achhe se milayein aur 5-7 minute tak pakayein, jab tak ki gobhi pak na jaye aur mixture sukh na ho jaye. Gas ko band karein aur usko thanda hone dein.

Step 3: Paratha ko roll karna aur bhar dena

Ek chhota hissa dough lekar use ball ki tarah roll karein. Apne haath se use flat kar dein aur usko thoda sa flour se dust karein. Usko rolling pin ki madad se chhota sa gol shape mein roll karein.
