  • Ghee puri tarah melt ho jane dein aur phir usmein bhuna hua besan daal dein. Achche se mix karein tak ki besan ghee se acchi tarah coat ho jaye.

  • Ab besan ko low flame par hamesha hilate rahein tak jab tak besan ka rang gehra hokar acchi khushbu aane lage.

  • Jab besan acchi tarah bhun jaye aur ghee alag hone lage to gas off kar dein aur thoda thanda hone dein.

  • Ab bhune hue besan mein cheeni powder, chopped nuts aur elaichi powder daal kar acchi tarah mix karein.

  • Ab besan ke mixture se chote-chote balls bana lein.
