Arbi ki sabji kaise banti hai in hindi

Instructions:

  1. Arbi ko chheel kar chote cubes me kaat le. Inhe ache se dho le taaki koi dirt ya impurities na rahe.


2. Ek pan me oil ko medium heat par garam karein. Usme cumin seeds daal dein aur unhe splutter hone de.


3. Isme chopped onions daal dein aur unhe golden brown hone tak sauté karein.


4. Isme ginger paste aur garlic paste daal dein aur ek minute tak sauté karein.


5. Isme turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder aur salt daal dein. Sabhi ko ache se mix karein.


6. Ab chopped tomatoes daal dein aur unhe soft aur mushy hone tak cook karein.


7. Arbi cubes ko isme daal dein aur ache se mix karein.


8. Ek cup paani daal dein aur pan ko lid se cover kar dein. Ab arbi ko low heat par 10-15 minutes tak cook karein taaki wo soft aur tender ho jaye.


9. Ab garam masala daal dein aur ache se mix karein.


10.  Sabji ko coriander leaves se garnish karein aur chapati ya rice ke saath serve karein.

Tips:

  • Arbi ki itchiness ko kam karne ke liye, arbi ko peel aur cut karne se pehle, apne haatho ko oil se coat karein ya gloves pahen le.
  • Arbi ki sabji ka taste sabse best tabhi aata hai jab wo low heat par lamba samay tak cook ki jaye. Isse arbi soft aur tender ho jaati hai.
