PANNER KI SABJI KAISE BANAYE HINDI ME

Saman:

Iske liye aapko ye saman chahiye hoga:

  • 250 gram paneer
  • 2 bade pyaaz, barik kate hue
  • 2 bade tamatar, barik kate hue
  • 1 chammach adrak-lasoon ka paste
  • 1 chammach jeera
  • 1 chammach dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 chammach haldi powder
  • 1/2 chammach lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 chammach garam masala powder
  • Namak swad ke anusaar
  • Tel cooking ke liye
  • 1/2 cup paani

Step 1: Paneer ko taiyaar karna

Sabse pehle paneer ko apni pasand ke hisaab se cubes mein kaat lein. Fir, paneer ko garam paani mein 10-15 minute ke liye bhigo dein. Isse paneer naram ho jayega aur jab aap ise pakayenge toh kadwa nahi hoga.

Step 2: Pyaaz aur Tamatar ko saute karna

Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera daal dein. Jab jeera futne lage toh usmein barik kate hue pyaaz daal dein aur use golden brown hone tak saute karein. Fir adrak-lasoon ka paste daal kar ek minute ke liye saute karein. Ab tamatar daal dein aur use naram aur gal jaye tab tak saute karein.

Step 3: Masale daalna

Tamatar pakne ke baad dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, garam masala powder aur swad ke anusaar namak daal dein. Milaye aur ek minute tak saute karein.

Step 4: Paneer daalna

Ab paneer ko pan mein daal dein. Paneer ke paani ko acche se nikal dein aur masalon se acche se coat karein. Halka sa chalaye, taaki paneer toot na jaye.

Step 5: Paani daalna

Ab pan mein 1/2 cup paani daal dein aur milaye. Pan ko dhak kar dheeme aanch par 5-7 minute tak pakaye. Isse paneer masalon ka swad acche se absorb kar lega.

Step 6: Garnishing aur Serve karna

Jab panner ki sabji pak jaye, gas band kar dein aur kuch minute ke liye aram karne dein. Fir upar se hara dhaniya daal kar garam-garam roti, paratha ya chawal ke saath serve karein.

Tips:

Paneer ko garam paani mein bhigone se wo naram ho jata hai aur kadwa nahi banta.

Paneer ko acche se coat karne ke liye halka sa chalaye.

Masalon ke anusaar swad ko apne hisaab se adjust kar sakte hai.

Toh is tarah se aap Panner ki Sabji bana sakte hai aur apne parivar aur dost ko swadisth khana khila sakte hai
