Puri kaise banate hain in hindi

 Puri ek prakar ka Indian bread hai jo deep-fried hota hai aur aam taur par alag-alag curry aur gravies ke saath serve kiya jata hai. Yeh bread Bharat ke kayi ilako mein prasiddh khana hai, khaaskar uttar aur pashchimi Bharat ke ilako mein. Puri ek saral atta se bana hota hai jo chote gol disks mein roll kiya jata hai aur phir ise deep-fried karke sunehra bhura aur crispy banaya jata hai. Iss lekh mein hum ghar par puri banane ke baare mein baat karenge.

Puri kaise banate hain in hindi

Samagri:

  • 2 cup gehun ka atta
  • 1/2 chammach namak
  • 1 chammach tel
  • 3/4 cup paani
  • Tel deep frying ke liye

Vidhi:

1. Ek bade mixing bowl mein 2 cup gehun ka atta aur 1/2 chammach namak daalein. Inn samagri ko ache se milayein.

2. Iss mixture mein 1 chammach tel daalein aur acche se mix karein. Iss se puri crispy banti hai.

3. Thoda-thoda karke 3/4 cup paani ko mixture mein daalte hue dough ko knead karein. Dough ko 5-7 minute tak ache se knead karein jab tak woh naram aur mulayam na ho jaye. Agar dough bahut sukhda ho toh thoda paani aur agar bahut chipkda ho toh thoda atta daalein.

4. Jab dough tayyar ho jaye, usse ek gila kapda se dhak kar 15-20 minute ke liye rest karne dein. Iss se dough dheela ho jayega aur roll karna aasan ho jayega.

5. Jab dough rest ho jaye toh usse golf ball ki size ke chote-chote balls mein divide karein.

6. Roll karne ke liye kisi bhi surface ko atta se dust karein aur har ball ko ek patla disk banayein. Disk 4-5 inch ka hona chahiye.

7. Ek deep frying pan mein tel medium flame par garam karein. Tel garam hona chahiye lekin smoking na kare.

8. Dhyan se puri ko garam tel mein daal dein aur ek slotted spoon ki madad se dhyan se dabayein. Iss se puri ubhar jaayegi.

9. Puri ko ek taraf se lagbhag 30 second tak fry karein, phir usse dusri taraf se bhi lagbhag 30 second tak fry karein. Puri sunehri bhuri aur crispy honi chahiye.

10. Puri ko slotted spoon ki madad se tel se nikal lein aur excess tel ko hatane ke liye ek tissue paper par rakhein.

11. Bacha hua dough bhi issi tarah se fry karein.

12. Puri ko aapke pasand ki curry ya gravy ke saath garam-garam serve karein.

Tips:

  • Puri fry karne se pahle tel ko acche se garam karein. Agar tel thanda hoga toh puri jyada tel absorb kar legi aur soft ho jayegi.
  • Puri ko bahut saare ek saath nhi fry karein kyunki iss se puri ka shape kharab ho sakta hai.
  • Puri ko fry karne ke liye medium flame ka upyog karein kyunki jyada flame se puri jaldi sek jayegi aur andar se thik se paka nahi hogi.
  • Agar puri mein bubbles ban rahe hain toh unhe ek slotted spoon ki madad se dabayein taki puri ubhar jaaye aur acchi tarah se crispy ho jaye.
  • Puri ko serve karne se pahle excess tel ko hatane ke liye tissue paper ka upyog karein.
  • Puri ko serve karte samay garam-garam serve karein taki uska swad badh jaye.
Puri banana ek saral process hai, lekin iske liye thoda sa practice aur patience ki jarurat hai. Agar aap iss vidhi ko dhyan se follow karenge toh aap bhi ghar par asani se tasty aur crispy puri bana sakte hain. Iss prakar se banai gayi puri ke saath aap aapne priya curry ya gravy ka maza le sakte hain aur apne ghar ka khana aur bhi swadisht bana sakte hain.
