  • Tel ya ghee, talne ke liye.

III. Step-by-Step Taiyaari :

  1. Madhyam aanch par tel ya ghee garam karein. Jeera dalein aur ise chatakne dein.
  2. Barik kati hui pyaaz dalein aur sunahre rang tak bhun lein.
  3. Adrak-lehsun ka paste aur hari mirch dalein aur ek minute tak bhunein, jab tak raw smell na chale jaye.
  4. Aanch ko kam kar dein aur tamatar ka paste dalein. Masale se tel alag hone tak pakayein.
  5. Dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak dalein. Achhe se milayein aur kuch minute tak pakayein, taaki masale ka swad mil jaye.
  6. Halka halka panir ke cube masale mein dalein aur dhyan se milayein, taaki masala acche se chipak jaye. Dhyan rakhein ki panir cube na tut jayein.
  7. Bawarchi ko dhakkan laga dein aur halki aanch par 5 minute tak pakayein, taaki panir masale ko acche se absorb kar sake.
  8. Sabji par garam masala chhidak dein aur halki mix karein.
  9. Taja kata hua dhaniya patti se sajayein, jisse dish ko taja jhalak mile.
  10. Aanch se hatayein aur Panir ki Sabji ko ek serv karne wale bartan mein nikalein.

IV. Serv Karne ke Sujhav aur Vikaas :

  • Panir ki Sabji ko taza banaye hue chapati ya steamed chawal ke saath sabse achha swad milta hai. Aap ise naan, paratha ya apni pasand ki kisi bhi roti ke saath bhi serv kar sakte hai. Aur taza aur crunch ke liye, aap ise kheere aur tamatar ke salad ke saath bhi serv kar sakte hai.
