 Mooli ka paratha banana bahut aasaan hai aur yeh ek popular Indian flatbread hai jise grated radish, whole wheat flour aur spices se banaya jata hai. Isse khane se na keval swadisht mithaas milti hai balki yeh bahut hi healthy breakfast option bhi hai jo aasani se ban sakta hai aur isko dahi, achaar ya chutney ke saath bhi khaya jaa sakta hai. Mooli ka paratha kaise banta hai in hindi

Samagri:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup grated radish (mooli)

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Pani dough ko knead karne ke liye
  • Ghee ya oil paratha ko cook karne ke liye

Vidhi:

Step 1: Mooli ko grate kar lijiye aur excess paani ko squeeze kar dijiye. Side me rakh dijiye.

Step 2: Ek bade mixing bowl me whole wheat flour, namak, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder aur chopped dhaniya leaves ko achhe se mix kar lijiye.

Step 3: Isme grated mooli aur 2 tbsp oil daal dijiye aur haath se achhe se mix kar lijiye.

Step 4: Pani ko thoda thoda daal kar dough ko knead kar lijiye jab tak dough soft aur smooth na ho jaaye. Dough sticky ya hard na ho. Dough ko cover karke 10-15 minutes ke liye rest karne dijiye.

Step 5: Rest karne ke baad, dough ko equal-sized balls me divide kar lijiye. Balls ko flour se dust karke round discs me roll out kar lijiye.

Step 6: Ek tawa ya non-stick pan ko medium heat par garam kar lijiye. Rolled-out paratha ko tawa par rakh kar ek minute ke liye cook kijiye ya jab tak surface par small bubbles na aa jaye.

Step 7: Paratha ko flip kijiye aur surface par ghee ya oil spread kar dijiye. Doosri side ko bhi ek minute ke liye cook kijiye jab tak woh golden brown na ho jaye.

Step 8: Paratha ko dobara flip kijiye aur doosri side par bhi ghee ya oil spread kar dijiye. Dono sides ko evenly brown hone tak ek minute ke liye cook kijiye.

Step 9: Baki ke dough balls ke liye bhi yahi process repeat kijiye.

Step 10: Garam-garam mooli ka paratha ko dahi, achaar ya chutney ke saath serve kijiye.

Tips:

  • Aap dough me chopped hari mirch aur adrak bhi daal sakte hain agar aapko spicy paratha pasand hai.
  • Dough ko crispy banane ke liye aap besan (gram flour) ya chawal ka atta bhi daal sakte hain.
  • Mooli ko grate karne se pehle excess paani ko zaroor squeeze kar lijiye, warna dough sticky ho sakta hai aur paratha bhi crispy nahi banege.

  • Agar aapke paas fresh mooli nahi hai toh aap frozen mooli ka bhi istemaal kar sakte hain. Frozen mooli ko defrost karke excess paani ko squeeze kar lijiye aur phir isko use kijiye.
  • Paratha ko ek baar hi flip kijiye warna paratha tute ya phat jayega.
  • Agar aapka tawa ya pan bahut jyada garam hai toh paratha jaldi jaldi cook ho jayega aur andar se na pak jaye. Tawa ko thoda thanda kar lijiye aur phir paratha ko cook kijiye.
  • Agar aapka dough bahut hard ho raha hai toh pani ki jagah dahi ya lassi ka use kar sakte hain.

Mooli ka paratha banane mein thoda sa practice ki zaroorat hai, lekin ek baar aap ise achhe se bana lete hain toh aapko iska swaad bahut pasand aayega. Isse breakfast ya lunch ke liye serve kar sakte hain aur isko different types ke chutney, achaar ya dahi ke saath bhi khaya jaa sakta hai.
