Samagri:

  • 250 gm paneer
  • 1 cup hare matar
  • 2 bade pyaaz
  • 2-3 bade tamatar
  • 1 tsp adrak ka paste
  • 1 tsp lehsun ka paste
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1 tsp lal mirch powder
  • 1 tsp haldi powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp tel
  • Namak swad anusar
  • Hara dhaniya sajane ke liye

Vidhi:

1. Sabse pehle, paneer ko chote chote tukdo mein kaat dein aur garam pani mein 10-15 minute ke liye bhigo dein. Iss se paneer naram aur mulayam ho jaayega.

2. Ab pyaaz aur tamatar ko acche se kaat lein.

3. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur jeera daal dein. Jab jeera phatne lage, chopped pyaaz daal dein aur tab tak bhunein jab tak wo translucent na ho jaye.

4. Ab adrak aur lehsun ka paste daal dein aur ek minute tak bhunein.

5. Ab chopped tamatar daal dein aur tab tak pakayein jab tak wo gal na jaye.

6. Dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, haldi powder aur namak swad anusar daal dein. Acche se mix karein aur masala tel chhodne tak pakayein.

7. Hare matar daal dein aur dhimi aanch par 5 minute ke liye pakayein.

8. Ab bhigoya hua paneer daal dein aur dhire dhire milayein. 2-3 minute tak pakayein.

9. Kasuri methi ko haathon mein masal kar gravy mein milayein. Acche se mix karein.

10. Ant mein garam masala powder daal dein aur milayein.

11. Hara dhaniya sajayein aur garam-garam chawal ya roti ke saath serve karein.

Tips:

1. Paneer ko garam pani mein bhigone se wo naram aur mulayam ho jaata hai.

2. Iss recipe mein taaza ya frozen hare matar istemaal kiye jaa sakte hai.

3. Agar aapke paas kasuri methi na ho toh aap ise skip kar sakte hai. Lekin yeh dish mein ek alag swaad daalta hai.

4.Masale ki matra apne swaad anusar adjust karein.
