Lauki ki sabji kaise banaen in hindi

Lauki ki sabji kaise banaen in hindi

Samagri:

  • 1 medium size ka lauki
  • 2 tablespoon tel
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 1 pyaaz, kata hua

  • 1 tamatar, kata hua
  • 1 teaspoon adrak-lehsun ka paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  • 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch
  • 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • Namak swad anusar

  • Pani zarurat ke anusar
  • Taze dhaniya patti chhidakne ke liye

Instructions:

Step 1: Lauki ko chhilkar chote cubes mein kaat len. Dho kar alag rakh den.

Step 2: Ek kadhai mein tel garam karen aur jeera daal den. Jeera fry hone tak chhod den.

Step 3: Kata hua pyaaz daal kar sunahara hone tak bhun len.

Step 4: Adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar ek minute tak bhun len.

Step 5: Kata hua tamatar daal kar use mushy hone tak paka len.

Step 6: Haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar acchi tarah milayen.

Step 7: Kata hua lauki daal kar achchi tarah mix karen. Thoda sa pani daal kar dhakkan lagakar dhimi aanch par 10-12 minute tak pakne den.

Step 8: Beech beech mein sabzi ko hilate rahen aur zarurat ke anusar aur pani daal den.

Step 9: Jab lauki gal jaye tab, taze dhaniya patti se sajaye.

Step 10: Garm garm roti, paratha ya chawal ke saath serve karen.

Tips:

  • Lauki ko jyada pakane se bachen kyonki yeh mushy ho jata hai aur uska texture kharab ho jata hai.
  • Agar chahein toh ismein hare matar, aloo ya koi aur sabzi bhi daal sakte hain, isse yeh aur bhi swadisht ban jayegi.
  • Non-stick kadhai ka istemal karen taaki sabzi kadhai ke bottom par chipakna na lage.

  • Swad ke liye thoda sa garam masala powder bhi daal sakte hain.

Nutritional benefits:

Lauki ek kam calorie wala sabzi hait  jo poshak tatvon se bharpur hai. Yeh blood pressure ko niyantrit rakhne, sujan ko kam karne aur pachan ko sudharne mein sahayak hai. Yeh sabzi vajan kam karne ki koshish karne walon ke liye bhi ek achha vikalp hai.
