Toor dal ko acche se dho le aur pressure cooker mein dalen. Haldi powder, lal mirch powder, sambar powder aur namak swad anusar dalein. Pressure cooker mein 4-5 whistles tak pakayein ya jab tak dal naram na ho jaye.
Jab dal pak rahi ho tab ek pan mein tel garam karein. Usmein sarson ke beej aur jeera daal dein aur unhein phatne dein.
Ab hing aur kaate hue pyaaz dalein aur pyaaz translucent na ho jaye tab tak saute karein.
Ab kaate hue tamatar dalein aur mushy na ho jaye tab tak saute karein.
Ab mix sabziyan dalein aur kuch minute tak saute karein.
2 cup paani dalein aur sabziyan naram na ho jaye tab tak pakayein.
Jab dal pak jaye tab pressure cooker ko khol le aur ek ladle se ya mash karke dal ko acche se mash kar le.
